Default difference in aphostrophe?

In Martins wedding and Martin's wedding why there's difference in
apostrophe(') character. On is curly and other one is straight. Same style,
font, paragraph is been used.

Any thoughts

Two possibilities:

If the "smart quotes" option is checked in Tools | AutoCorrect, AutoFormat
As You Type, Word will automatically change straight quotes to curly quotes
as they are typed.

It's possible to deliberately type curly quotes oneself.
