The page setup dimensions/margins are now displayed in pt, rather than in
inches. I don't know how that changed or how to get it back to inches.
Anyone know the answer?

If you are sure that it is 'pt', then:
ToolsOptions
General (tab)
Measurement units (dropdown bottom) - select your units.
