Line Indentation
It's called a hanging indent. You can easily create it using the Hanging
Indent marker on the ruler (see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingRulers.htm), or you can set it manually in the Paragraph dialog (Home | Paragraph | Dialog Box Launcher or Page Layout | Paragraph | Paragraph). -- Suzanne S.
