I am working in Word 2003. I have a secondary file which asks me questions
and when I answer them, creates my secondary file which I then merge with my primary file. The problem arises that some duplicate questions are being asked and I cannot figure out why, i.e., gender, Name, Distribution Age. I can just "ignore" these questions and when I get to the second time round, when the answers actually display in my secondary file, than I can answer them. However, this gets to be frustrating. These are merge documents that are used pretty much on a daily basis. Any help would be appreciated. -- Jan Decker |
