In Word/Office 2007, you can download and install the free PDF add-in
from the Microsoft website http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en and save as a .pdf file. In Word/Office 2003 or earlier, you need a third-party .pdf converter such as Adobe Acrobat (the full version, not just the free Adobe Reader) or one of its many freeware/shareware clones (ask Google). Adobe Reader is just that - a reader. You cannot create a .pdf file with it.
