how do I email an existing document in office
Open the document and then from the File menu, select Send.
Or, attach the document to an email message that you compose using whatever email system that you use. Or, if you want to do it by using VBA, see the article "How to send an email from Word using VBA" at: http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/InterDev/SendMail.htm -- Hope this helps.
