Yes, you can hide table rows in Word without deleting them. Here's how:
The selected row(s) will now be hidden from view, but they are still present in the document. To show the hidden rows again, simply repeat the above steps and uncheck the "Specify height" box or set the height to a value greater than zero. Another way to hide table rows is to use the "Font" settings. Here's how:
