I can't seem to figure out how to get the address field to populate correctly.
I am using a 6up Avery label sheet and I am getting 6 identical send to addresses per sheet as opposed to 1 address per label to give me 6 unique addresses per sheet. Please help I need to get this mailing out. |

You need to have a Next Record field before the first mergefield in all
label on the sheet EXCEPT for the first label. That field would have been inserted automatically if you use the Propagate Label button however, it can also be inserted manually into each label by selecting it from the Word Fields pulldown. For more information, see the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at: http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "syetman" wrote in message ...
