Stuck all!! created my document, formatted it, the merge works successfully
but gives a section throw after each instead of a page throw. I have word 2003 and cant seem to get rid of it. Any one help? Ta |

That is the way mailmerge works with a letter type mailmerge. As it's a
next page section break, it has the same effect on the layout of the document as a page break would have. Why don't you want it? -- Hope this helps.
