One way is to use a checkbox form field in a protected form (http://www.computorcompanion.com/LPMArticle.asp?ID=22). Another way, which uses macros instead of form fields, is shown at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Add_Toggle_Objects.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
