I've use this before without any problems. The merge to e-mail would go to
Outlook and be sent. Now when I try this the merge to e-mail looks like it merges but doesn't go anywhere. The only thing I can think of is that I've switch to using Microsoft Live Mail, I still have Outlook setup as the default e-mail both in Outlook and in Internet Explorer. I don't know if I need to uninstall Live Mail or is there some other issue. If anybody has a clue as what to do let me know please. Thanks for any help. Tom |

I think that if you have switched to Live Mail that Outlook will no longer
be the default. Go back to using Outlook alone. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. I've uninstalled Windows Live Mail and have Outlook, but I still get the same
thing. When I do the merge to e-mail I see the letters changing but nothing goes to the outbox. Any other suggestions.
