numbered bullets in reverse (descending) order?
I'm doing a project where i really need the bullets to be in descending order.
for example: 200 199 198 197, etc... Does anyone know if this is possible? i have tried to set it up in a table too, with now luck. thanks- Mary |

If you convert the automatic numbers to text - the following macro will do
that Sub NumbersAutoToText() ActiveDocument.ConvertNumbersToText End Sub then you can use table sort to sort the list in descending order. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org marymac wrote: I'm doing a project where i really need the bullets to be in descending order. for example: 200 199 198 197, etc...
