On some of my drop down menus, I have some blank spaces in between some of
the commands. For example on the drop down Insert I have about 6 empty
spaces between Picture and Diagram. I can delete them by going into Tools
- Customize but over time, bit by bit the spaces come back. What's up?

It's probably caused by an add-in or macro. There's no way to know which one
except to remove them one at a time until the problem stops.
