I have a protected form document (Word 2003) that my clients use and in a
standard text field I would like them to be able to change font colour if they choose. Is this possible at all and if so how can I set up that option in the file that I send out to them to use? |

You would have to unlock the form, run the command and relock the form using
a macro. The basic methodology is covered at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/...ProtectDoc.htm Colouring is not something normaklly associated with forms, which are more commonly used to collect data. If you need such formatting, is a form the best tool for the job? -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Strive Coach wrote: I have a protected form document (Word 2003) that my clients use and in a standard text field I would like them to be able to change font colour if they choose.
