If you mean the recent documents list that appears on the file menu or in
2007 when you click the office button, then set the recent file list to zero. Tools options General. Windows does however keep all sorts of activity information that can't be 'switched off'. You need privacy software to deal with that. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org mike wrote: I would like to make sure my recent document list is not seen , how do i turn it off? |
