I would like to create a mail merge in Word 2003 where my data source is an
Act! 2008 database. My database consists of company records and multiple contact records associated with each company record. I would like to send a letter to each company with all of their individual contacts listed within the letter. I would appreciate any help you can provide. |

You are trying to perform a "multiple items per condition (=key field)"
mailmerge which Word does not really have the ability to do: See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...faq1.htm#DBPic Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;211303 or at: http://cornell.veplan.net/article.aspx?&a=3815 -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "emcooks" wrote in message ...
