Default 2007 List of Open Files

I suspect this is an easy question to answer.
How do I view a list of open files in word 2007?

When I am working on a set of documents, say, Chapter 1 to 20, doing the
same type things to each I usually open all at once, do what I need to do,
save and then close the completed document. This way I don't have to keep
track of which documents are complete.

View Switch Windows - or right click Word on the Windows task bar. If you
use this view a lot, add Switch Windows from All Commands to the QAT (Quick
Access Toolbar)

I wish I could add anything to the QAT. Our IT does not allow that function
because we use "Roaming Profiles". I could care less if my customazations
were available or not if I was using a diffferent computer; but, they think
the "Roaming Profile" setup is a problem.

Hi Scott,

Quick Access Toolbar settings can be saved in standalone .QAT (XML files) within document templates and in documents. Are you able
to select a currently open document/template to save QAT entries in
Office Button=Word Options=Customize
on the top right of that dialog box?

Out of the box Office 2007 does not support having the standalone files follow roaming profiles, but my understanding is that if
your IT folks contact MS product support that they may be able to obtain an 'Office 2007 solution' for that issue.
