Someone set up a mailmerge from a Word document using an Access query to
thank our volunteers. That someone is now gone. Somewhere along the line someone else screwed up the mailmerge and the letter now points to a different query. I can get it to work by redirecting the query to the correct one, but that is a hastle for the untrained. How do I reset the document's default mailmerge query back to the original, and correct, Access query? -- EarlCPhillips Volunteer Ex-mainframe Programmer Learning Access To Help Community Food Bank Be More Efficient Trying To Feed The Hungry |

When you select the correct data source from within the main document, save
the file. It should "remember" the last source that was used. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones Office:Mac MVP "EarlCPhillips" wrote in message ...
