Scrolling through the document repeats lines
Hello,
We are using Office XP, Word 2003. This happens to several users: When working in a document, they use their mouse scrolling wheel to go down the document. However, when doing this, it sometimes causes the following (which is hard to describe): it looks like a line is repeated several times, and the screen freezes. We thought it could be a mouse problem, no. I renamed the Normal.dot. Nothing happened. Does it mean something to anyone? Thanks! |
