Default Form Scrolling Control Region

I am trying to create a form and activate a scrolling button with the text
box that I have inserted. I can not seem to make a scrolling region attached
with a text box. Also In the text box that I have created, the text
continues in one line and doesn't move down to the next line when the space
is filled horizontally. Is there a way to fix this as well?
