I suppose you are talking about hyperlinks. If that is correct:
Hyperlinks are fields. Toggle field codes (Alt+F9) so that you can see the field codes instead to the field results. Now you can use Find and Replace (Ctrl+H) to replace the part of the path that needs to be changed. Press Alt+F9 to toggle field codes again when finished. Remember to update all fields afterwards (Ctrl+A to select all, F9 to update fields). -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Alan" wrote: Hi Can anybody help me, I have 2 documents made up in a templet form i have linked the two together using bookmarks, i then save as and rename them, i then have to change the link in the destination document, i have about 12 different bookmarks, is ther a way to change the source links all in one go, at the moment i have to change them one at a time which is very time consumming.
