Default Macros keep "falling off" the toolbar - any ideas ?????

I keep putting my commonly used macros on the toolbar in Word. But they keep
falling off - and I have put them on via "Normal.dot" !! Any ideas ???

Hi Susan,

What version of Word are you using?

What are the steps you're following?

Is this a personal or corporate setup machine?

Are you running Adobe Acrobat or other add-ins that may be resetting or interfering with changes to your Normal template?
