When selecting duplex printing it says I need to insert the sheet to print on
the other side. I do not have manual selected and my unit is selecting the
duplex unit. I can do it from another computer, but why not this one? Any
suggestions?

In the Page Setup dialog box, make sure that you haven't inadvertently
selected the "Book fold" option for "Multiple pages" (Margins tab).
