Stop users changing styles
Hi
How can I stop users from modifying the styles I have created for them, without restricting them from being able to use the Font menu in the Home tab. When I choose 'Limit formatting to permitted styles' it does stop them changing the styles and restricts them to only using the styles I have given them which is all good - but they still need to be able to apply character styles etc. from the Font menu and this is greyed out.
