Default IncludePicture in Automated MailMerge

I have an application to automate MailMerge and everything seems to work
except the IncludePicture field used to display a logo stored in a data
source. When I open my document in Word, select the data source, and hit
Ctrl-A, F9, the logo is displayed just fine. But when I run my application
to send the merged document via eMail, the logo is not displayed.

I have tried calling the Fields.Update() method after I open the document
and the data source and before calling Execute() but it doesn't seem help.

Is there any way to run a macro during or after the merge of each document
to update the logo field?

Thanks,
Tom

Where is the logo located. If in the header of the document, you will need
to specifically update the fields in the range of that header.

Hope this helps.

Doug,

The logo is in the body of the letter. I had problems putting images in the
header so I moved them to the body.

I added a MailMergeAfterRecordMerge event handler and call Fields.Update()
method in it. This seemed to solve the problem.

Thanks,
Tom
