When I merge number fields from Access to Word, they do not retain their
numeric format. Ex: 1,008 is merged as 1008, or $40.00 is merged as 40. Is there a way to have the word document pick up not only the numbers but the formatting that goes with the number. Or can I format a field in Word to change it's numeric format? Also does anyone know if in the 2007 version, can you merge OLE pictures from Access into word. Thanks |

See "Formatting Word fields with switches" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website at http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
