Hi Jim,
Well, I'm assuming you're not intentionally working on a procedure to *increase* the number of support calls for your company? ![]() You can prepopulate the values for many of the entries, lock some out and reset others on each log in but there are items there that are intended for the benefit of individual users to problem solve and more importantly, to get their work done. If folks are not able to access *any* options you will be getting more support problems and you may well be limiting the effectiveness of people in utilizing the tools you're spending a lot of money on. It's possible to establish standards for use without crippling the software. All of the options for both the Office Customization Tool and for Group Policy are documented in the Office 2007 Resource Kit (ORK) http://office.microsoft.com/ork ================= "Jim" wrote in message ...
