Default Vertical Text

I'm trying to create vertical text in a text box. It seemed a lot simpler in
Word 2003 but I cannot find this option in Word 2007. Can someone point me in
the right direction please?

Default Vertical Text

When the text box is selected, the contextual Text Box Tools Ribbon tab
should be displayed. The group at the left end, Text, contains the Text
Direction button, which is a three-way toggle.
