I have just loaded Word 2007 Home and Student, and the Mail Recipient feature
is not available. It is not in the list of features available in the drop down list for the QAT. My OS is XP. Can someone please tell me how I can access Mail Recipient. I'm fed up having to send averything as an attachment. -- tes |

Thanks Graham, I have Mail Recipient on the QAT on my own computer, on which
I have Vista, it works well. My other computer has XP, and for some reason 'Mail Recipient does not appear in the QAT drop down list. Is there a compatability issue with XP -- tes "Graham Mayor" wrote: It is in the QAT drop down in the all commands group 'send to mail recipient'. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org tel wrote: I have just loaded Word 2007 Home and Student, and the Mail Recipient feature is not available. It doesn't appear there automatically; you have to add it.

As Graham implied, you have to click the arrow at the end of the QAT, select
More Commands..., and then choose All Commands and scroll down to Send to Mail Recipient. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "tel" wrote in message ...
