Default Caps Lock

I was wondering if there was a way to uncaps lock everything on a page
without having to go back and retype it. I have to fix things at work and put
files into a new format, but someone had typed everything out in capitals and
I don't know how to uncapitalize them without retyping everything.

If there is a way to uncapitalize everything without retyping it, I would
LOVE to know!

Depends on your version of Word - always mention that - but in 2003 or
before you can select text then use Edit Change case to select the case
conversion you want. I'm sure you can do the same in 2007 but don't have it
available right now so can't suggest where to look.

Alternatively, the Shift+F3 keystroke should work in either version to
toggle between most of the options.

Note, however, that Change Case is on the Format menu in Word 2003. In Word
2007, it's Home | Font | Change Case.
