word coming up as un-readable files when I send as attached docume
Two times now I have sent attached files and they are not able to open my
word document. It is an unreadable file. I send files back and forth to other people with no problem, but I am trying to figure out why this is happening. The last file I had sent back to me, and I was able to open perfectly. I am using Office Home and Stuent 2007 Don |

Perhaps you are sending a .docx file and your recipients cannot open the files.
Save as a .doc (Word 97-2003) and send again. There is a compatible add-in your recipients can download.
