Every time I try to type a " a random character appears
I've been trying to type in a question mark or quotation marks in Word a
random french letters keep appearing instead. How do I turn this function off? |

Every time I try to type a " a random character appears
Check your Windows regional and keyboard settings match your region and
keyboard pattern.
