How do you go about attaching PDFs and PowerPoint to mail merges from Word
Doc to Outlook using mial merge function. I know how to perform mail merge
but cannot pinpoint attaching documents ?

You can't do it using the "out-of-the-box" features of Word - you have to
use VBA.
