Default Find/Replace in an entire folder vs. seperate documents?

Is it possible to use the find/replace feature to search entire folders
versus opening each document to replace a name? I have to change our
letterhead at work and would like to attempt this process instead of opening
each document. The last time that I did this, it took approximately 60 or
more hours to complete all of the changes for our forms.
