I'm trying to embed an annual report into a proposal. All I want to show in
the proposal is a simple icon that they click on to get the report. I've
seen this in other docs. How do I do it?

Hi George,

Insert=Object=Create from file then check the box for 'Display as icon', may be what you're looking for in this case.
