I'm writing my dissertation and have written the chapters separately with
their own endnotes. When I merge the chapters, the endnotes come out in one continuous stream of numbers. I would like the endnotes to begin again at 1 for the end notes for each chapter. How do I do this. |

You can use "restart each section" provided each chapter consists of only
one section; if there are section breaks caused by changes in number of columns or page orientation, there is no way to get this to work. -- Suzanne S.
