Default Apa refence format not correct-second line not indented-

The APA format for references on Word 2007 is incorrect. The second and
subsequent lines are supposed to be indented. The program does not let me fix
this-it moves the whole citation, not just the second line. Does anyone else
have this problem, or know how to correct it?

alas, adjusting one of the bibliography "styles," or creating a new one,
isn't something you (read: I would) do in a coffee break.

I think there are two different "styles" at issue here. One is the "style"
that governs what is included in the bibliographical entry and in what
order. The other is the paragraph style. It appears to me that the
Bibliography paragraph style is by default based on Normal and doesn't have
any particular formatting, but there's no reason you can't modify it to have
a hanging indent.
