Default Header Macro

And which header(s) - 1st page, odd pages, even pages, headers in all sections, or just particular sections?

Default Header Macro

Ordinarily one would create a template containing the desired header(s) and
footer(s) and base new documents on it. Can you explain what you are trying
to accomplish with a macro?
