HI all;
this may seem to be a dumb question but i am in a situation where it is important to get this confirmed. does Word use any built in database to look for possible matches? is the database stored in a file which is copied to the user's disk during installation? what may happen if i find this file and delete it? thanks |

Yes, it call a dictionary is the database stored in a file which is copied to the user's disk during installation? Yes what may happen if i find this file and delete it? At the very least, spell-checking and, probably, grammar-checking wouldn't be possible. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] |
