Text Field (Forms)
How can I make the document adjust itself (move up a space) if I leave a text
field empty? |

Text Field (Forms)
You can place the field at the beginning or end of a paragraph (which
contains other text). Then an empty field would just display the default text when it wasn't filled out. On the other hand, if the field is in a paragraph of its own, I don't think there is a way to have the field delete the paragraph when it's empty (except for the field), if that's what you are asking. *Maybe* a macro could do this, but you would have to ask in a programming newsgroup such as microsoft.public.word.vba.general. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "chuckles" wrote in message ...
