I have about 15 word files that have several excel spreadsheet embedded in
them, I use them as a template and make changes to the embedded excel files to show changes in different bids. I created all of the excel files in word, they are not cut and pasted or imported. All of a sudden all of the excel files are now pics. I can no longer double click on them and access the excel file to make changes. I tried removing office and reloading it and still have the same problem. I stuck a few files on the work server and I can edit the embedded excel files from a co-workers PC an the changes will load onto my PC when I open the file off the server, but I still can't make changes to the embedded excel file. So it has to be in my PC, what setting could I have changed accidentally to do this, and more importantly how do I fix it? |
