Default Insert Excel printout into Word

Hi all

I have an Excel document (12 pages) that I want to "copy" into a Word
document as an Appendix. I don't want to embed the document as some people
haven't got excel.

How can I do this so each page prints on one page. I am also looking to
avoid using "copy n paste" page by page.
