Can anyone tell me how to have a blank field skipped in a mail merge. I have
tried the Word Help but the field id still there. SOme addresses have detail in the field and I want them to stay. |

Use an If...then...Else field construction such as:
{ IF { MERGEFIELD fieldthatmightbeblank } "" "{ MERGEFIELD fieldthatmightbeblank }¶ { MERGEFIELD nextfield }" "{ MERGEFIELD nextfield }" } You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and where the ¶ appears in the above, press the Enter key (or Shift+Enter) to start a new line. -- Hope this helps.
