I have Office 2003 installed via a network here at work. One of my students
needed a resume. The resume would not download. Reasons we Admin priveleges, Web browser does not support ActiveX (IE7), IE prevents installation (doesn't ask). Gave the problem to our IT. He said the downloads only work with 2007 - huh? Any help would be appreciated, Don |

Forgot to add this msg:
This template could not be downloaded because the Office Online ActiveX control could not be installed on your computer. To install this ActiveX control, you need to use Internet Explorer 5.5 or later. **IE7** The Office Online ActiveX control is needed to automatically download and open Office Online templates on your computer. The ActiveX control is also needed to verify whether you are running genuine Microsoft Office software. **This is genuine** "JustUs" wrote: I have Office 2003 installed via a network here at work. Some templates are just for Office 2007. Your student needs to check to see
whether or not that template is marked as an earlier version. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "JustUs" wrote in message ...
