Text boxes cannot span pages. You would need to insert a second text box
after the first one. Why are you using text boxes for pages? If youi want a text box as a page border, put it in the header with the wrap set to 'behind text' and write on the main page. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Cathy wrote: I'm using a text box and when I tried insert the 2nd page it becomes the first page and I can't seem to get them swapped.
