Hi,
I have a document that has an annex that has 3 appendices. The page numbers are supplemented using SEQ fields so that the annex pages are numbered as A-1 with field codes as follows: {SEQ Annex \*ALPHABETIC \c \*MERGEFORMAT}-{PAGE} The appendices are numbered as A1-1 with field codes as follows: {SEQ Annex \*ALPHABETIC \c \*MERGEFORMAT}{SEQ Appendix \c \*MERGEFORMAT}-{PAGE} When I do the TOC for the Appendices, is there any way to automatically pick up the Annex and the Appendix number in the page numbering? At the moment I have the following: {TOC \t "App Heading2,2,App Heading 1,1" \s Appendix} but that only includes the Appendix number in the page numbers of the TOC and I would like to have both Annex and Appendix numbering shown. Thanks in advance, Carol Lutz -- Carol Lutz |
