When I open Word 2003, I get the message "Microsoft Office Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close. " And it gives me an option to
recover my work and restart, and an option to send or not send an error
report. When I chose to recover work, I get the message "Word failed to
start correctly last time. Starting Word in safe mode will help you correct
or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some
functionality may be disabled in this mode. Do you want to start Word in safe
mode?" Word will open only if Yes is answered. I tried a System Restore, but
the same thing occurs. How can I correct this problem and start Word in
normal mode? Thank you
