Default Can I get EndNotes in Student version of XP?

The version of Word at University has a Bibliography creation facility called
'End Notes'. Can this programme enhancement be added to my Student XP
licence facility - if so how please?

EndNote is a third-party program that is entirely separate and not made by
MS, but that has a plug-in for Word that puts a menu/toolbar into Word. You
could purchase EndNote--I think the student version is around $100 US, not
sure about other countries. If you google for "bibliographic management
software" you may find cheaper alternatives.
