Default Can I store a 'string' constant and use it in docs.

I want to set up a string such as 'We are the greatest comapny etc...' ONCE.

Then be able to access it in Word docs without having to type it in again in
every doc.

I just realized that I can use 'AutoText' for this.

BUT when I go to menu Insert/AutoText the New... menu is greyed out. Any
ideas?
