Printing comments
Is it possible to have the comments made within a document, print at the end
of each page or even have them print at the end of the document? -- Julie |

Printing comments
In older versions of Word (Word 2000 or earlier) comments always printed at
the end of the document. In Word 2002-2007, the closest equivalence is to print a "List of markup" (via the Print dialog box). Note, however, that these versions let you print the comments in so-called balloons within the text (which may be the most convenient way). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Just_Julie" wrote in message ...
